Positive: Location and good restaurant next door. Good breakfast. Rooms of a good size.

Negative: Car parking area gives poor initial impression. Overall, the condition is tired. No handrail provided for staircase to upper level in rooms which prevented use of double bed on safety grounds by elderly gentleman. WC suite needs replacing - old and badly stained and worn seat

Summary: Interesting architecturally and nicely situated but badly in need of renovation.
